The wonderful thing about this recipe is it’s easy, I can alter it based on what veggies I want to add, and I can add ricotta or cottage cheese. Ricotta and cottage cheese are packed with protein and are an excellent source of calcium, magnesium, and selenium. If you want to add meat to it, go ahead!
