Italian sausage is so delicious whether grilled, roasted, or added into a pasta dish. There’s hot Italian, sweet Italian and mild Italian. My favorite is the hot Italian turkey sausage. It has a lot of flavor, a great add to any pasta dish, and about 65% less fat than pork sausages. Most of them are gluten free too!
