Going Sugar Free…

With so many diet plans out there, not many are as simple as just going sugar free.  Yet going sugar free isn’t as simple as people assume it is.  Everything you eat has some type of sugar in it!  If you check your pantry, your cereals, oatmeal, crackers, breads, pastas have some type of sugar.  In your fridge, your favorite coffee creamer, fruit spreads, yogurts, dips, and dressings also have sugars.

Reducing or eliminating sugars will help you lower your blood pressure, help you loss weight, and even reduce your bad cholesterol.
