Chicken Cheesesteak
This is definitely not an authentic cheese steak sandwich but it's tasty and easy to make on any weeknight. Add some jalapenos for heat.  Toast in oven or use a panini maker to toast the bread. Give it a try and let me know what you think =)

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil at medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Sprinkle on garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add water, chicken bouillon, brown sugar, and Worcestershire. Continue cooking another 15 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed and vegetables are caramelized.

  4. Warm panini maker per manufacturer directions or preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread mayo if desired to rolls or buns. One side only.
