This fudge is for the times you crave chocolate.  Next time you go to the grocery store make sure to buy a can of condensed milk to make this last minute, emergency chocolate fudge.

Try altering this fudge recipe by adding a cup of walnuts, swirl a cup of peanut butter, use only milk chocolate, use dark chocolate, sprinkle with chocolate, swirl with nutella, …the list is endless.

  • 1 Cup
    Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup
    Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1
    Sweetened Condensed Milk Can (14 oz)
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Butter, unsalted, melted
  • Dash of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)


  1. In a medium pan, combine chocolate chips, butter, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt and stir together at low heat.

    Leave out the mini chocolate chips as a topping.

  2. Once it's melted, Remove from heat.

    If you were planning on adding nuts into the mix, add it now.

  3. Line 8 x 8 inch pan with wax paper.

    Spread fudge evenly into pan.

  4. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.

    Chill for 2+ hours.

  5. Remove fudge out of pan and place onto cutting board.

    Peel off wax paper and cut into squares.

    Note: run the knife under hot water to cut the fudge easily =)

    Store leftover fudge covered in refrigerator.
