Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray ramekins with cooking spray or butter them.
Heat oil in a pan and saute peppers, tomatoes, bacon, and mushrooms. About 5 minutes.
Portion out veggies into ramekins evenly.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
Portion out eggs in ramekins evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place ramekins evenly on a baking sheet and center in oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Serve frittatas with naan or toast!
