Ingredients

    Polish Sausage (14 oz), cut 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups
    Water
  • 1
    Zatarain's Rice Pilaf Box (7 oz)
  • 1 Cup
    Cherry Tomatoes, diced
  • 1
    Asparagus Bunch, Trimmed and diced to 1 inch length

Instructions

  1. At medium-high heat, heat oil olive in a skillet.

    Add sliced sausage and brown. About 3-5 minutes.

  2. Pour water and add rice mix. Stir well, allow to come to a boil and lower heat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

  3. Stir in asparagus and tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes or to desired asparagus tenderness.
