Rigatoni with Sausage and Broccoli
Easy weeknight dinner with sausage, broccoli, pasta, and cheese. Use any sausage you like to change it up. If you are not a fan of broccoli, swap it with asparagus.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare pasta as directed. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add sausage and brown. Note: drain sausage if needed. I used turkey sausage that is low in fat.

  3. Add in broccoli and pour in broth. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
