A great and healthy side next to anything.  Skip the balsamic if you are not a fan and roast with just the salt and pepper.  Add minced garlic for a different flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound
    Asparagus
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim asparagus ends by breaking them or cutting them.

  2. Lay the asparagus on a foil covered baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Bake uncovered for 10-15 mins depending on thickness of asparagus and desired tenderness.
