Salmon with Brown Sugar Garlic Butter Foil Packets

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a baking tray or pan with large piece of foil.
In a sauce pan, melt butter and sugar over medium heat. Add in garlic and lemon. Allow to come to a simmer and set aside to cool to room temperature.
Lay salmon or salmon slices into foil. Drizzle on mixture, sprinkle salt and pepper. Lay lemon slices and seal the foil to create a packet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degree F of the salmon.
Open up packet and turn boil in the oven. Brown for 1-2 minutes.
