Vegetable Frittata
Eggs can be served breakfast, lunch, or dinner and a frittata is a perfect way to serve it.  Skip the quiche and do a frittata instead.  The crust on the quiche is just extra calories. Do you want to make a healthier frittata?  Make it with egg whites only and skip the cheese. To make it your own, add your favorite vegetables and/or protein. Try veggie links or veggie sausage too!!
