Pesto Shrimp with Mushrooms is an easy sautéed dinner that can be on the table within 30 mins flat! Make it spicy by adding crushed red pepper, sprinkle cheese to make it more cheesy, add pine nuts for a crunch, or add fresh basil to lighten it up. It’s gluten free and low carb.
