I came across this jasmine rice recipe a year ago, and after a few alterations, it is hands down my favorite way of making jasmine rice. This is so much better than a boxed rice. You will love the smell this rice will make as you are cooking it.
Use coconut oil instead of olive oil. Its health benefits are up to debate but I like using it more than vegetable oils or olive oil.
