Rich, comforting soup perfect for cold weather. If you don't like mushroom ravioli swap with spinach and cheese ravioli. If you don't like ravioli, swap with cheese tortellini.

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, celery, salt, and peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Add in garlic. Cook for another 1 minute.
  3. Add in flour until mixture is thick. Slowly pour in broth while whisking.
