Crispy Baked Teriyaki Tofu
An easy and straight forward tofu preparation that will wow your guests and makes for a good non-meat dinner day. Add any prepared veggie and starch next to this dish to make it the most perfect Buddha bowl! Hope you enjoy this and have fun with it =)

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Drain tofu, wrap in paper towel, squeeze excess water out.
  3. Slice tofu into equal bite size triangles.
  4. Gently sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to evenly coat each piece.
  5. Line tofu triangles onto baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Flip pieces mid way through making sure tofu turns a golden brown color. Do not burn!
  6. While tofu bakes, warm up the teriyaki sauce and set aside.
  7. Once baked, serve tofu with your favorite veggie, rice, and spoons of teriyaki sauce to dress and flavor. You can even sprinkle on some sesame seeds too! Enjoy!
