Crockpot Beef Carnitas
It's great having a slow cooker, it's easy to use and cooks in the background while you are taking care of things. Hope you like this beef carnitas recipe.  Its an alteration of a recipe I found on pinterest a while back.  If you don't like beef, swap it out with a turkey breast or chicken.  For extra spicy carnitas, add in one seeded, chopped jalapeno into the crock-pot with the peppers. Enjoy!
