A great and healthy side next to anything.  Skip the balsamic if you are not a fan and roast with just the salt and pepper.  Add minced garlic for a different flavor!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 deg F.
  2. Place the asparagus on a 9 x 13-inch sheet pan. Sprinkle with oil, salt, and pepper, coating evenly.
  3. Bake until lightly browned, About 15 minutes. Drizzle with vinegar just before serving. Enjoy!
